Hilton London Bankside Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was an exceptional experience. the staff was prompt, efficient, and hospitable, ensuring that we had everything we needed. the Spa & wellness center was a delight and had exquisite features, providing a range of treatments for everyone. the room was spacious and clean with exclusive amenities.

the Jacuzzi more than made up for it, and we would definitely visit this hotel again.

The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the very nice landmarks, sights, and activities nearby, including restaurants, bars. The hotel facilities were great and spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The breakfast offered an extensive array of delicious options for all tastes. Lastly, the staff were really nice too make me feel welcome and at home.

Staying here was a luxurious experience! the exclusive amenities were amazing, especially the Spa & wellness centre and the Indoor swimming pool. the Jacuzzi was heavenly, and the leisure/ TV room was a great addition. Our room was spacious, with exclusive advantages, such as private facilities, and a special diet menu was even offered. the staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating.

Only one minor issue, however, service at check-in was slow which detracted from our experience. this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, and we would recommend it to those seeking exclusive amenities.

Great location close to public transport with plenty of restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean rooms with good air conditioning. Friendly and multilingual receptionist and connecting rooms for families. Outstanding breakfast choices and a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. A stone's throw away from a famous art gallery with free entry.

The hotel is situated on a peaceful street, making for a serene stay. The nearby underground station allows for easy access to all the city has to offer. The location is perfect for anyone seeking to explore tourist attractions like the Southbank. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a great shower and luxurious towels. The staff is remarkable and always willing to help. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant serves exceptional food.

There is a lack of variety in views from the rooms.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the pastries were delicious! The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.

Quiet location near popular attractions and train stations. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pool. Helpful and friendly staff.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

I was really surprised by the unique and elegant decor of the hotel. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and the bathroom well-appointed. The hotel bar had a great selection of gins, but unfortunately, the food policy didn't allow for ordering from the restaurant.
